If they have them would they not use them against the great satan? Not necessarily. Their strategic goal is to capture political power in Muslim countries and to become theocratic rulers. They will do what serves that purpose. With our porous borders - and, apparently, an abundance of people willing to give their lives for their cause - can anyone seriously believe that they would be unable to attack us during these last 4 years? But apparently, they prefer us divided and stewing in doubts about our actions. A major attack would focus and unite the nation, and this may not be in their interest... at this time.
