GZ, you chimp worshipping moron, of course the mayor and the governor bear some blame. The CALVALRY was supposed to be FEMA! The chimp had a horse lawyer in charge and a bunch of campaign toadys with no experience under him. The CALVALRY had the same information as the mayor and the governor. The CALVALRY's SOLE RESPONSIBILITY is to bail out Americans in trouble. The CALVALRY also knew that New Orleans is one of our poorest cities in one of our poorest states, and was quite likely to botch their part of the job. The chimp and the FEMA CALVALRY failed miserably. Is it just me, or does the chimp look even MORE chimpish every time he shows his face on TV? Will he be a full-blood chimpanzee by the time he run out of office? It's like a wolfman transformation!
