I suppose you think it ought to be a law, that the decried "friends of Bush" shouldn't be allowed to work to fix things. That IS what you are suggesting, when in fact you should be grateful for the work they'll do.

THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS!

Any fool knows the work should be directed by the little girls in the silly striped hats and aprons that sell cones in the mall! Or maybe the folks on the corner who flash "will work for food" signs at passing traffic.

By gosh, then we'd see instantaneous recovery.
