Well, Bush too, but that is a different issue. If you look a little further, you will find SCI is involved with the Katrina clean up...

Steve... I just reread the article and noticed that only one of the aspects of what Halliburton's doing now is covered by that competitive bid contract -- just the Navy base rebuilding. The rest of the stuff they're doing is covered by the contracts secured by Joe Allbaugh last week. I hope you're not surprised. Ole stevo would sell his soul to get things turned around and have Bush look like the hero. They even have Laura Bush lying up a storm. The Bushes are being shown for the facile and incompetent beings that they are. Its just too bad it took five years and cost the guys in Iraq as well as the residents of the Gulf states. When history looks back at these days........they will ask: What were Americans thinking electing such a man to the presidency......twice. I hope Ten is around to explain it to them. ted
