You obviously do not know what a shutter is. It does not stay closed permanently, and they are not those decorative fake shutters you see on most inland houses. They swing open when there are no storms. You really don't want to see whats going on during a really bad storm.

Peeping Toms would be SOOL (S Out Of Luck). For those night owls... Hey, you could even display the wrong image on the wrong wall because you like it that way.

Add a motorized camera and telescopic lens, and you could flip that peeping tom thing around. How bout displaying some live web cams on your "window"? Maybe one from the Playboy mansion?
