I am sure Cuba does a fine job in Hurricane preparedness. I am also sure they do a better job then most major American cities in cleaning up. BUT, has anyone stopped to consider JUST HOW SMALL Cuba is in relation to the area effected by Katrina? Has anyone stopped to consider that Cuba is a DICTATORSHIP and that when Castro says HOP, people HOP? Finally, has anyone stopped to consider that peoples in Cuba do not have the rights that Americans have, thus if you are told to EVACUATE it is NOT a request it is an ORDER. jdn
