Bushies had the PDB, they had the 40+ FBI warnings, they had info that 70 cells were in the US of A, they had the Clintonites telling them that terrorism was priority 1 and still they did NOTHING. If the most important quality of a Republican is party loyalty then it's clear they're getting the sheeple of society. Sheep do not react well in an emergency. They stand and look on blankly or they run and hide. Sheep do not fight during an emergency. This is our Republican government: SHEEPLE. They are inherently unable to react appropriately when confronted with something that is not in their playbook. Iraq was in their playbook so that wasn't the problem. Katrina was not in their playbook so they just stood around blankly.
