Well, its true so far as I know, FEMA had supplies forward based more so then say when Fl. got the 5 hurricanes last year or Andrews few years ago. But, I believe KATRINA caused more widespread damage then was even considered. Originally they thought that NO would get the hit and there was talk the Levees could break. Turned out smashed Mississippi flat AND the levees broke here and there. So a DOUBLE WHAMMY. If you think back, right after the hurricane we were all breathing a sigh of relief that at least NO's didnt get it so bad. We were all wrong, not just Brown. jdn
