The picture of hundreds of idle school busses lined up and covered with water symbolizes the bankrupt thinking of ALL Democrat politicians, and should be used in future Louisiana elections so the miserable excuse for people in that state cannot say they weren't warned...

I'm not so certain how many didn't have means of transportation. There seems to have been plenty of cars underwater in NO...Maybe many just decided not to spend the money it would have taken to drive to a safer location.

One thing for sure is that any one that rebuilds or rehabs in that city should have a clear idea where the high water mark is. Some areas should be "build at your own risk" zones....NO would seem to be one of them.
