Why does neither Canada, USA nor UK have a proportional representation multy-party system??

I mean, USA could have Michael Moore speaking in the congress with only some popular 4-5% of votes, no need to just make funny movies and documentaries.

At a minimum, he could speak freely in his local congress.

Btw, whatch out, is coming.. it is about to happen in BC.CA and should already had happened in UK.
Luckily it already happened in Wales, Scotland, both Irelands and NZ is doing well (Australia is still something for the future)

Actually I did help, what did you do?
Also - I just posted the article, I didn't write it.

And you might take a look at today's news today - the complaints have had some effect - the head of FEMA has resigned now. Hopefully they have replaced him with someone more qualified, with experience.

I think you'll see the backlash in 2006 - but it will be against the Republicans, who are in power now nationally - totally on the Federal level.
