Chris a lot of the condos for sale in downtown Portland are 750,000 and up. We can still get a nice home in the suburbs for $300,000 maybe less. That $450,000 difference buys a lot of gas. <g>

Not sure.Crime may go up big if the economy continues to worsen and we continue to third world our income structure.Inner city may or may not be a good place to be.Then theres terrorism dont put your eggs in one basket
