Merrill Lynch recently published a survey which showed that women investors do better than men, even though they know less about investing and are less actively involved. less action--that is the key--because men basically just shoot themselves in the foot as a group.

Had I listened more to the little woman I may be retired now instead of only half way there!

OTOH, if i had listened to the little woman i would still be a working stiff. it all depends how lucky you are--or if you are lucky, then you can retroactively call it skill -g-.
