Since it's only one person now, I believe, I don't have a major problem, but if there were thousands being held this way, then I would have a problem with it. Who's to say what some future President might consider a terrorist? It could be a dangerous precedent.

The flip side of that is to say: "US citizens no longer have rights guaranteed to them by the Constitution."

There are always some yahoos out there that are prepared to sacrifice the freedoms left to us by our forefathers, on the altar of a stronger, ever bigger, ever more Authoritarian federal government.

It's only sad that there are SO MANY Big Government fans who have forgotten what our forefathers fought for....
