The server priced at $750 is what seems to be the big tout in the news. Just an observation. mj

Well, for what it's worth, their order fulfillment is still pretty G.D. awful. I don't yet have a ship date for the stuff I ordered in February, and the Solaris 10 DVD I ordered almost a month ago (from a link on their home page, no less) is the same story -- its status is listed as "Order in Process," whatever the hll that means. (And who the hll is "Digital River," anyway? -- that is, besides the name of the site I get redirected to when I check the order status on the DVD.) Dell is going to continue to blow them away unless they get things sorted out enough to actually ship the stuff people order. JMHO. Charles Tutt (SM)
