Delegation and accountability go hand in hand. Delegation should not be viewed as abdication of responsibility. In my opinion a good manager is one who artfully delegates and scientifically seeks out the results of the impact of the delegation.

Clinton was good at delegating and he did not view delegation as something that allowed him to take his finger off the pulse.
