It's time that President Bush begin to honor his pledge to "end tyranny in our world" as part of the war on terrorism by overhauling U.S. weapons transfer policy. Greater global security will follow.

Yes, but that would require regulating corporations, and that's the last thing he wants to do.

And many of those corporations are his favorites.
