Laura Bush had to have another inane photo-op so they stopped a food line, had her come in for ten minutes without saying much to anyone, set up a fake food service for her, took her pic and left. BushRepublicans are the dregs of society....every last one of them. Barbara Bush wasn't kidding, she doesn't want poor blacks migrating to Texas.

Also, the implication that "government destroying" is a Bush administration trait (I'd like that, were it truer), and that therefore government would work fine if run by an administration which likes it, is similar tru-believer bias unworthy. Government just wasn't going to work in this disaster, and it certainly failed hugely where Democrats ran it too, i.e. at state and local levels, where huge responsibility remains (which just goes to show we shouldn't look to the leftist line for the truth). I see that we got answers from MSNBC last night. Joe Scarborough ain't the left, but when it's plain government at all levels failed hugely despite the grand help it was and is, and that instead individual, local, & private efforts saved the day hugely, wherever not hampered by government, he was there to spell it out.
