Many of them were what one might refer to as "the people of the shadows"..the shopping cart people, some mentally deranged and some hoodlums.

Of course many good people were caught up in the lack of planning and no mandatory evacuation until it was too late, and these I feel sorry for, but many were the type to rape and pillage at will..

It will be interesting in time to hear other stories from around the country about some of these evacuees.
