You offered a reasonable post there, by and large, until the above. It's a ludicrous fantasy to believe Presidential delegation skills turned the economy around, IMHO. Reagans major tax overhaul is a meatier reason indeed, for the success of the economy all the way through Clinton's time, IMHO. Bush 1 and Clinton put the hurt on it though, with tax increases. Dan B
