Sigh---

In that Blank window, after you selected "All Files and Folders",
from Search, click "View", then "Explorer Bar", then select "Search".

Then, you should have the left pane window with the selections
I gave you previously.

If you have trouble with that, then go back to "Start", choose
"Help and Support", select "Performance and Maintenance", select
"Using System Restore to Undo Changes", select, "Run the System Restore Wizard".

I wanted you first to find out if the file "rstrui.exe" was even on your computer, rather than debugging the "Help and Support" user interface. I don't think anything is wrong, just yet, but you struggle with very basic issues, which folks try to help you overcome.
