The problem is that their solution will be to throw a lot of money at their favored contractors so they can say they care. Oh, and the money will be off-budget. And to pay for it, they need a tax cut...

But it has been their biggest PR disaster ever.

Rove authorized the H-Bomb for the chimp - ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY! HELL HAS FROZEN! Qualified responsibility, but SOME real responsibility. Now, will anyone ask Bush about the two guys even LESS qualified than Brownie in the number two and three spots in FEMA?

Or is this utterance the end of it?
