Those free roaming, cage free hens are probably pretty happy, Ish (relatively speaking). Thank you for for supporting less cruelty to farm animals. I bet the eggs taste wonderful! I used to love eating eggs over easy, hash browns and sourdough toast for breakfast. I hope someday to find some hens that are treated well enough that I could eat their eggs again. Sadly, almost all male chicks are still killed soon after birth, often by being thrown into plastic garbage bags and stomped on. And most chickens still have their beaks chopped off without any painkillers, which is agonizing. A lot of chickens die after this procedure. I hope the Rose Farms chickens don't have to suffer that way! It is really sweet of you to support an egg producer that is trying to make the chickens' lives less painful, Ish.
