So true. They're going to get blamed for things that happen in Argentina when no American is within 1000 miles of the country.

As if there are enough troubles for NO, they just announced on the news that NO is out of money. It can't make payroll. I guess because its the Big Easy they don't think in terms of a fund for rainy days, or more appropriately, one for rainy, windy, flooding days.
