You're not kidding. Can you imagine the reaction if they have to dissolve the existing government? What, exactly, fills that void? How do the Iraqi's react, how do US voters react? "Let's start over" isn't what anyone wants the hear.

So, I figure the election will be fixed... way too much at stake.

Too true. If it happens, it would almost make me believe there is something like karma...

Their biggest problem is that they depended on the teflon to mask a lot of things. So a lot of questions never got seriously asked. If the Iraqi Constitution falls through, those questions will be asked.


Have you listened to reporters interviewing Bush and others in the administration......they are asking the tough questions? Their gloves are off. After that guy went ballistic on Cheney, a reporter asked if that happens alot to him [Cheney]. Cheney look stunned that someone would ask him such a question.
