I just heard a bit from him today. It would be really interesting if it turned out that he wasn't actually an ideologue on the bench but a CPA-type lawyer. That is, if the legislators don't make a law crystal clear, he's going to whack them upside the head by niggling every fine point. IMO, that's what the liberal wing of the court did on emminent domain. They weren't happy about its implications but they followed the law and told legislators it was up to them to make new law that prevented its use.
