Absolutely, there are loads of frauds and scams out there, for sure, and they always copy the model of legitimate deals... however, the real difference between all those scams and a legitimate deal is that in a legitimate arrangement the actual funds remain in the investor's own personal account at his own bank in his own name with only himself as the sole signatory... this makes it impossible for scams and crooks, or anyone, to get their grips on the money...
