I can pretty much guarantee there is very little farmland in America that has brought in the kind of return that buying a few "urban lofts" has done over the last 2-3 years. Baton

I have sold all of my Illinois real estate over the past few years, for several reasons, the most important being increasing property taxes and the fact I was selling into a boom, key words being selling into. Still have many acres in Tenn. & Mo. I made what I consider the easy money, now I would rather deploy those dollars to buy & sell things like stocks & futures, things I can own for a few minutes, days, or a few years, whatever mood strikes me, and yesterday & today CTIB has struck me quite well, just daytrading it.
