Stop out is the rate the tawdry repo loans are made at to their cronies the Pig Men (dealers). The price of wafer thin mints so to speak. This one was well below even the current Fed funds rate. Think we are in unique situation; debt for speculation and absurd real estate transactions are going parabolic, at the same time consumers are hitting the wall. What will the Wizards do, reward Humpty and other ledge sitters, and just pour more fire on the speculative fires?
