The fact that Heinz admitted this and even cites Butler is a huge change in his position even if he only tacitly admits it. It validates what Butler has been saying for a long time regarding silver and one has to question the integrity of the commodity markets in the face of this.

However, awareness of it now might also change market behavior and force a proper accounting of short positions. If this turns out to be the case, there might be no better place to be than in silver.
