Starting to see more and more about coordination of benefits in the Hurricane flood zones, long piece on MSNBC about it yesterday. Clearly most of the PCI's are gonna play hardball on flood damage issues, and there's gonna be a lot of challenges (rightly or wrongly, as we've discussed). there's no question the courts will be deciding the issue. the insurers aren't very likely to belly up to the bar with checks for their policyholders unless the courts order them to.
