Too hard to figure out what happens. On the one hand, it is the largest secondary in 10 years. What are the implications when inflow have been quite low into the markets? This is a huge offering!

On the other hand, the cash from the sale is going to stay with the company.. and no big purchase is what management has hinted at.

My guess it either goes just below 300 or it goes in the 280-290 range. Above 300 seems unlikely. Just below 300 price probably means it will be hitting highs in the coming days/weeks.

The demand might be a good read on how the market will do in the coming weeks...that is what I am watching for.
