JF, Did I ever say "America sux" or "Bush is Hitler". Did I call the suicide bombers "freedom fighters". No, I just quoted some good research about their motivations. It doesn't take a scholar to recognize that these terrorists are motivated by hatred and power disguised as the fast track to heaven. Nor do I really give a rat's ass if they think they're "freedom fighters" or they perceive themselves as fighting an "oppressive power." Obviously every evil guy in the world thinks they're doing good. The "America sux" part of my sarcasm is just an answer to your "You should do some more reading" comment. Tenchusatsu

No, I just quoted some good research about their motivations. Your quote was that most suicide bombings occur in lands that are occupied by a foreign power. So? Does that dispute in any way my view that the culture/society/religion that produced that guy who lured 100 Iraqi day laborers to his car in order to kill as many of them along with himself is sick, and it needs to do some serious examination of itself, and expunge whatever idealogy in itself produced that guy? In your analogy, if the US were occupied by a Muslim nation, and the Muslims were forcibly building in the US the same form of governance that they have in their home country, would any of these right wing American Christians you reference go into the California agriculture fields, lure as many poor immigrant laborers as possible to a car by promising them a day's work, and then kill himself and a hundred innocent immigrant laborers TO PROTEST THE MUSLIM OCCUPIERS?? I don't think so.
