DD: he is a stockholder of Loch and later of CDEX who has been very critical about the way the company is being managed. He spends a crazy amount of time on several CDEX boards apparently trying to convince the stockholders that they are being used and abused by the current management for their own benefit. I had an exchange with him some time ago on a Raging Bull message board and encouraged him to do something about his claims, but I guess he either don't want to or he has no means to. In any case, time has proven him right in many aspects. He is being attacked by all stockholders who see in him a potential enemy. He has a web site where he has gathered many documents even from the time the lawsuit against Loch Harris begun and has written some very interesting letter to the judges that heard the case. Likewise he has written a few letters to the SEC about CDEX. I don't know if he has any agenda, but I think he may be working for someone who is interested in what he calls "justice for ex Loch shareholders". I believe this based on the ferocity of the attacks of the stockholders against him. Evidently his board activities are a thorn in the side to some and they do whatever it takes to discredit anything he says. T7G
