In the article, he explains that away by saying in countries where there is a difference in religion and where one is Muslim. So if Christians are occupying Muslims, then terrorism. If Christians are occupying Christians, then maybe violent resistance, but no terrorism. He noted the IRA, saying that they never engaged in suicide terrorism. They engaged in violent resistance, but not suicide terrorism and they never set off bombs to kill a maximum # of people. Almost always they called ahead to war of the bomb, so a minimum of people would be killed. Muslim terrorists want to maximize civilian deaths.
