In 1995, over 1000 people died in the Chicago area because of a heat wave. Do you remember what, your hero, Bill Clinton's response to that weather event was?

No doubt it will be a while until CC slinks back here to tell us the answer.

THERE WAS NO PRESIDENTIAL RESPONSE FROM BILL CLINTON. This is an event that was over a period of days, not hours like Katrina. And Bill Clinton who felt it was ok to lie under oath in a court of law, did nothing.
