could be, it's had a great run post-Katrina. it's up something like 20% in two or three weeks--that would be a great entire year for stocks outside the energy sector or GOOG--so that might take quite a bit more time to digest. i know several people who bought in the 80s or 90s and quickly booked profits on what seems like a gift horse.
still, i think it's trading at less than 5x 06 earnings, so shorts had better hope value doesn't matter.
