Please share some specifics that are on par with the incompetence & negligence seen at the state & local levels in Louisiana. And by all means include some links that corroborate them.And while you are at it, could you explain how Mississippi (which was hit harder by Katrina) & Alabama didn't have similar problems as those in Louisiana. ....."and they are the "savior" of last resort when local governments are overwhelmed or fail to respond properly"..... This thread is here to expose reality defying POV's. It isn't here for folks to express them. **From the thread header - "stick to facts & reality (I.E. facts & reality that are widely accepted & easily supported - not because you or your ideological peers say so)." And in this case opinions & misinformation stated as fact in the MSM is as unwelcome as reality defying POV's.
