Since they are buying Bush Lira with fiat money of their own, it's not like they are actually putting something important at risk.

It's exactly what the Chinese are doing. They printed a lot yuan, and expanded the industry base at the expense of US workers. They are not afraid of inflation, as everything is so cheap and they can always give their workers 10% annual raise.

KT, all those CB and institutions have plenty of sources from were to buy paper assets.

What makes me wonder why the decision to buy so much of US worthless paper. Close to 90 billion a month is no small change by any means
