Karl Rove's sterling background in disaster recovery obviously qualifies him to head the effort. Its sterling only because he hasn't done one before. NO doesn't count in case you were wondering. But I agree with JF, Bush's charisma failed him badly last nite. He looked a lot like a blue toad. What I found outrageous is they are putting together this grandiose scheme and piggybacking it onto the deficit. The balls of this guy.........he's angling for a really big job when he leaves the presidency. He knows his rep will be pretty much shot by that time.
