Hmmm ... we are almost at $8 Trillion. Bush is piling on close to $600 Billion per year in new debt (and accelerating) ... so I'll guess 9/11/2008 for $10 Trillion.

That may be too optimistic. Bush could easily reach $700 to $800 Billion in new debt per year by '07.

Perhaps the most amazing thing is how $600 Billion in new debt becomes a $330 Billion deficit ... the magic of Bush's Enron style accounting!
