Bush took Sheehan's advice and admitted he blew it on Katrina. first time Bush has ever taken responsibility for anything in his life, but only because Rove told him to change his tune, seeing the 58% disapproval ratings, which means most of the country thinks he's a bald-faced liar and gas gouger.
