I agree, however, I would caution not to get your hopes up. My experience is that only a very small percentage of these people will capitalize on their opportunity to better themselves. This is not because they dont want to, its because they dont know HOW TO. The vast majority will simply grab all they can get, for as long as they can get it and basically stay on the public dole as they have done all their lives. They know nothing else and lack the skills and gumption to do anything else. That is what the GREAT SOCIETY has created and this is what we get for it. jdn
