Regarding the NH real estate comments, it's the same situation in my state next door. Price reduction news is not yet common and is instead confined to real estate broker email where they push their wares among themselves. I expect to see newspaper ads and then local news mention reductions in a few more months. Buyers are fewer and more picky. Sellers way more accommodative. Perhaps this recession will be shown to have started in New England. Feels to me like it has started though. Geo.
