Yes, and as I've said before, the U.S. has plenty of problems here at home. I'm really tired of us funding everyone else around the globe when we have our own problems. Katrina just highlights that issue for me. If someone said they'd give me $50B to spend on New Orleans OR to spend on Iraq, but not on both, I'd choose New Orleans every day of the week. I can agree with that.
