Bush...long on promises...short on results. The Katrina speech will go down in a long list of political puffery with no intention of fully funding anything. Don't hold your breath for taxes on the rich.

Bushies fund the US by borrowing and weakening us. Meanwhile they spend like drunken sailors, mostly to enrich corporate special interest pals. And the corps give them big donations and gouge the public with impunity.

CLinton's economy was stronger and everything was paid for.

Huge difference.
