Home prices in NO are soaring due to speculation of future taxpayer-fueled boomtimes. In the meantime, Bush is sticking evacuees into trailer parks. How many lenders will be quick to foreclose and resell to speculators? Gee. What an idea. No wonder Rove is down there to oversee this massive landgrab and transfer of wealth from the poor to the rich. No wonder Republicans in Congress are giggling about Katrina hoping to change NO to a paler shade. Which Republican said that Katrina got rid of the projects that they've been trying to demolish for years? Unreal.
