Delay is guilty of stealing and misappropriating tens of billions, everything from illegal fundraising to massive pork barrel spending payoffs. And it's all connected. Dirty money in, dirty money out. But when it goes out it's OUR money he's spending. DElay had the nerve to say he couldn't trim the congressional budget because it was "tight", to pay for Katrina. What outrageous BS. Delay is the biggest robber baron in ths history of congress.
