"One has to wonder........have they done this to every federal agency?" A fascinating question. For example, can we be sure that the FDA is actually doing something? Will we find out when they rubberstamp some drug, treatment or food additive that turns out to be invariably and uniformly fatal? We know that the FCC has been infested with yoyos, rising to a high dudgeon by Janet Jackson's not so impressive breast. And let's not talk about the Corporation for Public Broadcasting...
