dear kenneith, your complete lack of understanding is on display once again. The President has stated the goals and the tasks. It is the congress that is responsible for the budget. The President gives direction and the congress always has the monetary selection.

You should be spending time writing your congressmen spelling out what you believe should be cut.

It's obvious to everyone that the loot disappearing into the Social Security Fraud can be used for this as well as the ongoing war with subhuman Islam.
