Bush-Delay have increased spending 33%, ABC just said. Not even including war and homeland security he's still the biggest spender since LBJ built the Great Society and the Vietnam War. Aren't consdervatives supposed to be for "small government"? Not these guys. They borrow and spend all they can.

Worse, Bush has no way to pay for the 33% increase in spending. No way at all. He claims tax cuts for the rich are boosting revenues, but the idle rich can now live practically tax free. No need to contribute to society at all except as passive investors.

And Bush wants to make the tax cuts to the ruich permanent. A big priority of his he refuses to even discuss changing.
